The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce hosted the Annual Leadership Retreat at Top Golf in Tampa on Thursday, August 16th for Board and Fit 4 members to get an update on the Chamber. Members heard from guest speaker Tony Carvajal, Executive Vice President of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, on the future of Florida. Chamber leadership provided a Vision 2026 update and table breakouts discussed the pillars and ways to continue meeting the goals of the vision plan. The Minority Business Accelerator program participants had a panel discussion updating leadership on their progress in the program and the successes they have seen. Christina Barker and Brian Willis from the All for Transportation organization talked about their efforts to find a way forward for transportation in Tampa Bay. The event wrapped up with a round of golf for the attendees to let their hair down after a busy day of meetings.
